Una Neskovic

M.Ed., Psychotherapy Intern, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (Fluent in Serbian and Croatian)

Each person’s life journey is a story waiting to be explored and understood. I am here to honour your narrative, providing a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can openly share your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Our therapeutic relationship is one of collaboration, where your voice guides the direction of our sessions. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to facilitate your self-exploration and provide guidance along the way. Together, we will navigate the complexities of your experiences, embracing both challenges and achievements as vital components of your growth. I am dedicated to supporting you in uncovering your strengths, fostering resilience, and embracing your authentic self.

Una is a psychotherapy intern working towards her M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology at OISE/University of Toronto. She holds an Honours B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and has more than 4 years of experience as a volunteer responder for Spectra Helpline (currently Distress Centres of Greater Toronto) where she provided emotional and crisis support to callers in distress.
