We all need to be heard. I’m here to listen. No matter what you are struggling with, I will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to voice your thoughts, fears, struggles and desires for the future. With an emotion-focused and strengths-based approach, I will help you make positive changes, manage anxiety and depression, work through loss and grief, develop coping strategies and improve your emotional resilience, relationships, personal experience and perspective. Together, we will gain valuable insights, reflect on your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating to others, and help you reconnect with your authentic self. This time is for you. Let’s talk.
