Stephanie Boyle-Ehsani

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

Being here means that you’ve taken that first, courageous step in recognizing when support is needed. You may be navigating a life transition, struggling with managing your emotions, experiencing racing thoughts, worrying about the future, finding it hard to get motivated, or struggling to experience the joys in your life. I’m here to help you navigate the path on your healing journey.
I believe in the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship. My aim is to provide you with a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences. Together we will identify tools to help you through your challenges in a way that is more effective for you. I take a client-centered approach, which means you are in the driver’s seat; my role is to help you read the map. Our approach to therapy will be eclectic and incorporate a variety of modalities. Together we can create a treatment plan that supports your unique needs.
