Gorana is a registered social worker and psychotherapist, who has been in the field of mental health since 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Windsor. Gorana works with clients to help them understand and address the root cause of their challenges and learn how to live compassionately, mindfully, and peacefully.
Gorana provides individual therapy to youth and adults, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, and mindfulness. Gorana’s approach to therapy is shaped by each client’s unique lived experiences, values and needs. She is certified in several therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behaivoural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
