Life provides many challenges, we can feel stuck, confused or overwhelmed, not knowing what to do next. I want to commend you for seeking support, it takes courage and strength to be vulnerable with someone. So take a moment to be proud of yourself for taking the first step.

I can provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for you to share your story. I would love to hear it.

I help individuals, couples, and families, gain better balance, manage stress, and improve their mental well-being. I believe that everyone has strengths that can be drawn upon to create the life they envision. We will work together to help you reach your goals, navigate any challenges, and empower you with the skills and knowledge to feel confident in handling your concerns.
