Alexandra Podgorska

M.A, Registered Psychotherapist

Have you been struggling with personal issues lately? From experiencing anxiety, self-esteem concerns, relationship problems, to trauma, I’m here to help – let’s talk.
I am here to be your support – to help ask you the questions that will offer some insight and challenge your thinking – to explore coping tools with you – to help you better understand yourself and foster personal growth and change. I offer a non-judgmental and safe place for you to express yourself and process whatever you are going through.

You are unique and so I take on an eclectic approach to counselling; by taking into consideration a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies in order to create an ideal treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
