Nekita D’souza

M.A., Registered Psychotherapist

Starting therapy is a very big step and can be a scary and sometimes uncomfortable process. It is hard to dig deep and talk about our challenges and struggles.
I know the courage and strength that it takes to begin therapy and approach each client with compassion and empathy as they begin an important therapeutic journey. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients in navigating through the challenges that they are experiencing. I utilize an eclectic and individualistic approach, as I understand that each client has different needs.

I believe that an important part of therapy is taking the time to develop a strong therapeutic relationship. I work to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to evolve, explore and grow in order to reach their therapeutic goals.
