Jennifer Cieslak

Registered Psychologist, B.A., MC., C. Psych

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed and hopeless about how to go about getting help? Have you tried other mental health professionals and felt like you didn’t get what you needed out of your sessions together? My first priority is making sure our sessions together are focused on what it is truly important to you. I specialize in supporting individuals who want to heal from trauma, navigate their anxiety and move through depression. Together, we will create a plan of action that helps you to reach your goals and participate more fully in your relationships. I have a special interest in helping individuals process traumatic experiences that have prevented them from living their ultimate life worth living.
