Chelsea has completed a Master of Arts in Education (Counselling Psychology) at the University of Ottawa. Using an integrative and evidence-based therapeutic approach, her goal is to help clients feel supported and empowered to bring meaningful and positive change to their lives. She is comfortable working with clients from all cultural, socioeconomic and educational backgrounds. Chelsea has a research background in mindfulness, interpersonal relationships, and conducting psychotherapy with children. She has worked extensively in providing one-on-one support to a wide range of individuals and groups within post-secondary settings. Her training has included suicide and crisis interventions, emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
