A part of healing includes increasing our sense of well-being as well as improving our mental health and interpersonal relationships. Understanding our specific patterns of behavior, thoughts and feelings is a part of our process of self-discovery. Through the process of self-discovery, we can identify elements of our life that we would like to change while creating a new way of being that is a better fit for how we envision our life.
