MSW, Biofeedback Clinician
Anika has a Bachelor of Art from St Thomas University along with a Bachelor (Honours) and Master of Social Work from Carleton University. She is currently a Registered Social Worker with the New Brunswick Association of Social Work. Her passion is working with Military members and Veterans as well as People who use Drugs and Addiction issues. She is always expanding her knowledge through training and workshops.
Anika works from a collaborative and client-centered framework while using an eclectic approach during sessions including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Harm Reduction Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Biofeedback, and Cognitive based approaches.
