Megan is a Clinical Social Worker with a diverse background in clinical practice with individuals, and families. She has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties coping with emotions and relationships, and self harm behaviours. She also specializes in helping individuals with gender related distress and gender transitioning for individuals who are transgender. Megan currently uses a cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approach as well as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
