Katie Walsh is a Registered Psychologist who received her MA from the University of Toronto in 2017 and received her PhD from the University of Toronto in 2023. She has experience treating adults presenting with a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety-related disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic, OCD, etc.), depression, and post-traumatic stress. She also has experience conducting psychological assessments for adults (e.g., psychodiagnostic and ADHD).
Katie takes a client-centered approach to treatment with the aim of creating a safe, non-judgmental space that can promote helpful insight, self-growth, and improved quality of life. She works collaboratively with her clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and the Unified Protocol.
