NuVista Mental Health, in partnership with True North Psychological Services is hiring a remote Clinical Project Coordinator!
NuVista/True North provides high-quality mental health services to the members of our community and currently offers services in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, and Neurofeedback
Purpose
The Clinical Project Coordinator supports the development and expansion of clinical programs across the NuVista /True North network by translating strategic direction into organized, actionable workflows. They work closely with the VP of Clinical Growth & Development to streamline execution, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency and follow-through across teams and projects.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll be the person who helps move ideas into action.
- Some days that looks like drafting communications or preparing a slide deck.
- Other days, it’s organizing a workflow, tracking program intake lists, or coordinating with clinicians to keep a project on pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Follow-Through
- Take broad goals and break them into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track progress and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, task boards, and visual timelines.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Draft internal updates, instructional guides, and announcement emails.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and ensure next steps are implemented.
- Liaise with clinicians, leadership, and operational teams to support smooth execution.
- Program Materials & Documentation
- Create and update program manuals, SOPs, quick-reference guides, consent forms.
- Assist in developing slide decks, training materials, and internal communications.
- Format, polish, and organize documents to ensure clarity and professional presentation.
- Operational & Data Support
- Maintain referral lists, training rosters, attendance logs, and progress trackers.
- Pull summaries and prepare brief reports for leadership review.
Working Style
You’ll work closely with the VP of Clinical Growth & Development in a collaborative, supportive way. The intention is to create a partnership where ideas and decisions can move forward smoothly.
