Sabreena is a Master’s level student completing her practicum with Ottawa Neurofeedback and Psychotherapy Centre. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario with Qualifying status. She has a number of years of experience working in the mental health field, as well as experience supporting military members and their families.
Sabreena works from a humanistic approach using an integrative framework, often incorporating CBT, ACT, and emotionally focused therapy. Her style is supportive, warm, and collaborative, helping clients identify and build on their strengths to make a meaningful change in their lives.
Sabreena strives to create a non-judgmental space guided by compassion and empathy. During her time as a student, Sabreena will be seeing clients aged 12 and older. Some areas of interest in counseling include working with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions.
