Debbie is a Registered Psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of adults of all ages, including First Responders, Military personnel and Veterans. Areas of therapeutic practice include PTSD, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, anger, grief, trauma, and abuse. Areas of assessment include general psychological/diagnostic, eligibility for Veterans Affairs benefits, and assessments for military/RCMP personnel. Debbie mainly uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with aspects of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her general practice. She uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and The Flash Technique in the treatment of trauma and abuse. She has over 30 years of experience in assessment and therapy.
