
Michael Stafford
MSW, RSW, Clinical Social Worker
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Neuro Psychology and Bachelor of Social Work degree from St. Thomas University, and a Masters of Social Work degree from Dalhousie University.
He is a registered Social Worker with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers and has been providing counselling services since 2015.
Mike specializes in working with individuals living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties. He integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive processing therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focuses Therapy, Crisis management, Talk Therapy, and Grief Therapy.
He believes his strengths as a therapist are his knowledge, strong commitment to helping others, hard work, and authenticity.
